Come aboard a cozy, family-oriented organization that operates from its clinic premises in Lalor, situated in Melbourne's North. They are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their team, where they will be working with paediatric NDIS and private clients.
As a member of this team, you will have the chance to work closely with experienced Speech Pathologists who form a tight-knit, committed group. This organization makes it a priority to provide numerous learning and development prospects to its clinicians, ensuring that they continue to hone and enhance their skills.

Day to day: - Clinic space is located in Lalor with the option to see some clients at their homes or schools
- Varied caseload of conditions, mostly ASD and Down Syndrome
- Work with mostly paediatric clients with the option to work with some adults if you choose
- Majority NDIS with some private clients
- 5 billable hours per day after 3 month acclimation period
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Option to work on Saturdays with penalty rates
Benefits: - Salary from $80K - $105K + super based on experience
- Annual PD allowance of $1000 per clinician

- Mostly clinic-based with the option to work in schools
- Accommodating of new graduates and offer a structured induction and new graduate support program
How you are supported: - Have a 3 month period to allow you to get acclimated and gradually build your caseload to capacity
- Supervision schedule for all Speech Pathologists with fortnightly internal and external supervisors
- Option to choose referrals from waitlist or have administration team book them in
- Flexible working hours and days that can be adjusted based on your schedule
- Multidisciplinary working environment with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and other clinicians

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
