A thriving NDIS provider, they have recently opened a new state-of-the-art clinic situated in the heart of Melbourne's Kew suburb. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and gain knowledge from a sizable team of clinical experts across various fields.
Key Benefits: - Salary ranging from $120,000 - $130,000 + superannuation (based on experience)

- Opportunity to work from the clinic in Kew or from home as needed
Your role will include:
- Achieve a 50% billable target equivalent to 17 billable hours per week with the rest of your time dedicated to leadership responsibilities
- NDIS clients from ages 3-65 with a wide variety of intellectual and physical disabilities or have a caseload that is tailored to your area of specialty
- Range of clients includes paediatrics, ASD and mental health/neurological conditions, speech, language and more
- Client referrals will be tailored based on your interest area - see clients in a radius no more than 20 minutes from your home location
- Work from their new clinic located in Kew and visit clients at homes or schools within the local community in the eastern suburbs
As a Team Lead your role will also involve: - Participating in team meetings for the Speech Pathology team and contributing with case studies
- Opportunity to contribute to business development including developing private referrals, creating and participating in group therapy plans and more
- Provide supervision and leadership to early career clinicians
- Supporting the team around professional development and training points
- Assist in new graduate training and education

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
