This leading mobile practice of 20+ Speech Pathologists supports clients across the lifespan – and they’re on the lookout for passionate clinicians to service clients in Melbourne's western suburbs. Work with a diverse caseload in a community setting where no two days are the same – homes, schools, day programs, aged care, and even outreach to regional communities if desired.

The Perks - Salary ranging from $85,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation

About the Role - Service clients within Melbourne's western suburbs in a 30 minute radius from your home
- Mobile therapy: homes, workplaces, schools, aged care, and day programs
- Mixed-age caseload (children to older adults), predominantly NDIS with some private and aged care referrals
- Caseloads are tailored where possible to your clinical strengths and preferences
- Structured shadowing, supervision, and check-ins from experienced senior clinicians
- Option to work two days/month supporting the Indigenous community (with overnight support)
Support Available - Regular supervision and peer support tailored to your clinical needs

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
