• Salary ranging from $88,000 - $110,000 + superannuation

About the Role

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based early intervention to children aged 0–6
• Conduct sessions in the home, school, kinder, clinic or online, based on client needs
• Help clients with speech, language, social communication, and fluency 
• Work collaboratively with families and a transdisciplinary team
• Create clear reports, treatment plans, and family-friendly resources
• Participate in whole team and discipline-specific PD and mentoring

Support Available

• Senior Speech Pathologist on site for supervision and mentoring
• Monthly check-ins with other Senior Speech Pathologists 
• Structured onboarding process and flexible targets
• IT and resource support included from Day 1

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
