Role Overview:
As the Speech Pathologist Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of two clinicians, offering supervision, support, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for both a leadership position and a chance to still deliver quality paediatric therapy. You’ll manage a reduced caseload to focus on your team and your clients while being supported by a flexible, collaborative environment.
The caseload will primarily involve paediatrics, with very few adult clients, and the role is designed to allow you to truly excel in both leadership and clinical delivery.

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years of graduate experience
