Location: Baulkham Hills
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 + Super
Professional Development & Support - Comprehensive Training: Start with a warm orientation day, team lunch, and step-by-step training for smooth assessments and therapy sessions
- Continuous Learning: Four whole-team professional development events per year, weekly team training, and monthly case conferencing with internal and external experts
- Structured Growth Path: Tiered approach to gradually increase your direct work with children
- Clinical Supervision & Support: Weekly supervision from senior speech pathologists, with your own dedicated Team Leader to guide you

- Work Variety: Clinic-based roles with 1 day per week in a school setting—no home visits

Role Requirements: - Experience: Suitable for both new graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists
- Client Age Group: Paediatric-focused (ages 4-12 years), working with NDIS (50%) and private clients (50%).
- Specialised Focus: Gain valuable experience with clients presenting with ADHD, ASD, and speech impairments, and learn feeding therapy from the highly experienced Speech Pathologist Team Leader
