Job Description

A highly regarded neuro-rehabilitation provider is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role is delivered in a 50/50 hybrid model across clinic and community settings, with a varied caseload featuring strong paediatric demand and adult neurological clients. Clinics are located around Perth CBD and Eaton. 

HIGHLIGHTS
  • Salary up to $115,000 + super
  • Multidisciplinary team of 40+ clinicians, including Speech Pathology, OT, physio, psychology, dietetics, and social work
  • Modern clinical facilities, including robotics and hydrotherapy, plus home and community visits
ROLE
  • A company vehicle is provided for all community visits
  • Balanced 38-hour week with centrally allocated caseload
  • Laptop, mobile phone, and reception support included
  • Annual professional development allowance and mentoring at all career stages
  • Specialised training in robotics, hydrotherapy, and hippotherapy
  • Mixed caseload: 50% NDIS, 50% private clients across paediatric and adult neurological presentations
  • Conditions treated include autism spectrum disorder, stroke, acquired brain injury, and developmental delay
  • Interest areas include: Swallow/voice programmes, articulation, language development, and AAC with children to voice/swallowing, cognitive-communication, and dementia support with adults and seniors

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology recognised in Australia 
  • SPA membership
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and recent National Police Clearance
  • Current driver’s licence
