Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join a small private practice near South Guildford with a hybrid delivery model encompassing clinic, home and school visits. Benefit from a varied paediatric caseload, specialising in early language, AAC devices, fluency disorders, and ADHD, with scope to develop paediatric dysphagia expertise.

  • Salary range $85,000 to $115,000 + Super + Bonus'
  • Quarterly bonus structure kicking in from when you achieve 70% of your target (5 billable hours per day), rewarding high performance and exceptional service.
  • Flexible working hours combining clinic, home and school visits, allowing you to tailor your schedule for work-life balance.
  • Mileage reimbursement per kilometre, covering travel expenses, maximising your billable hours, and manageable community travel 
  • Weekly supervision and internal CPD sessions, providing ongoing professional development and clinical support.
About the Practice
  • Private NDIS-funded paediatric speech pathology caseload for clients aged 18 months to 18 years, covering early language, AAC devices, fluency, stuttering, ADHD, syndromes and dysphagia support.
  • A multidisciplinary team of five Speech Pathologists, eight Occupational Therapists and two Physiotherapists, fostering collaborative practice and shared learning.
  • Hybrid delivery model combining clinic sessions with home and school visits, ensuring a diverse and dynamic caseload.
  • Evidence-based, client-centred service delivery supported by robust administrative systems, including billing software and AAC resources.
  • A flat organisational structure that promotes respect, autonomy and open communication among all team members.

Requirements
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology recognised in Australia.
  • Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a valid driver's licence to facilitate home and school visits.
  • Six months of paediatric experience
