Seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our client’s well-established paediatric private practice in a picturesque coastal region. This role offers a balanced 50/50 clinic and community delivery model, split between sensory-equipped clinic and home or school visits. You’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team, enjoy flexible scheduling and make a genuine difference for children aged 0–18 across NDIS-funded and private caseloads.
What’s on Offer? - $2,000 JOINING FEE from the Rural Health West grant and three days of funded professional development leave each year
- Competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation and a $900 quarterly bonus scheme for achieving targets

- Mixed paediatric caseload featuring autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, genetic diagnoses and Down syndrome
- Evidence-based, client-centred service with multidisciplinary team meetings every three months and planning days twice yearly
- On-site sensory gym, therapy assessment kits and allied health assistant support to enhance clinical practice
- Close-knit rural team of 2 speech pathologists, 3 occupational therapists, 1 physiotherapist, 2 psychologists and an allied health assistant

Requirements - Current registration as a Speech Pathologist and recognised qualification
- Valid Working With Children clearance and provider number
