A fantastic opportunity exists for an passionate New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their state-of-the-art clinic based near Brookwater. 
  • Salaries starting at $80,000 - $90,000 + Super 
  • Mixed ages caseload (80% Paediatric, 20% adult) based in the clinic or out in the community near your home location
  • $3000 professional development allowance per year

Full-time and part-time options (minimum 3 days per week). 


Benefits of the role:
  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super
  • $15,000 Benefits package (company car, fuel allowance)
  • $3000 per year PD per clinician for external training
  • SPA Registration and CPR training paid for

  • New Graduate support: 1:1 weekly supervision, gradual increase of caseload, weekly SP training sessions and monthly MDT training sessions. 
  • Flexible working hours so you can keep that optimal work/ life balance and option to work a condensed week or 9 day fortnight
  • Administration team to take care of bookings and billings
What you will be doing:

You will support a mixed ages caseload of NDIS & private clients in clinic and community (schools, homes) settings. The community travel will be tailored close to your home location, with a company car & fuel allowance provided.

In your role you will be working with clients with articulation disorders, language delays or disorders, stuttering or fluency difficulties, voice disorders, cognitive-communication impairments, swallowing disorders (dysphagia), and communication difficulties associated with neurological conditions such as stroke or traumatic brain injury.

How you will be supported:
  • 1:1 Weekly supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist
  • Weekly multidisciplinary meetings
  • Qualified Allied Health Assistants who work across the multidisciplinary team to provide support in sessions and/or in the office.
  • $3000 annual Professional Development allowance to undertake external training
  • Administration team to take care of bookings and billings 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
