Clinic-based Speech Pathologist role with paediatric focus, broad caseload, strong team support, PD budget, and scope to specialise.
Our client is a dedicated Speech Pathology organisation with a vision to expand into a multidisciplinary team. With three Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants, and a large waitlist, they provide a supportive and collaborative clinic environment where clinicians can thrive.
The team sees a broad range of presentations including articulation, autism, literacy, and more – with scope for clinicians to specialise in their area of interest.
Why Join? - Salary: From $80,000 + super (new graduates) to a maximum of $125,000 for senior clinicians.
- Caseload: Manageable clinic-based caseload of no more than 5 clients per day
- Development: $1000 annual PD allowance + 2+ PD days (some staff enjoy up to 4 PD days per year)

About the Role - Clinic-based role in Hoppers Crossing with occasional sessions at schools or in-home (only if desired)
- Mixed caseload, majority paediatrics with some adults
- Work with a broad client base, including children with and without diagnoses, ensuring access to early support
- Joint sessions with other Speech Pathologists encouraged for collaboration and skill-sharing
- Daily case discussions for complex clients, plus discipline-specific team meetings
Support Available - Close access to senior Speech Pathologists who provide ongoing mentorship and oversight
- Structured onboarding with gradual caseload build for early career clinicians
- Opportunities to trial different caseloads before specialising
- AHAs available for support and collaborative work
