About the Role:

• Assess and treat communication & feeding/communication-related needs across speech, language, fluency, literacy and more
• Work with NDIS, Medicare, private, Support at Home, CTP/MVA referrals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and write high-quality, timely reports and funding applications
• Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios, Psychs, EPs, Chiros, Dietitians & Podiatrists
• Mix of clinic, community OR school based depending on your preference

Support Available:

• External supervision available + cross-discipline supervision
• Access to a hands-on leadership team and mentors
• Structured onboarding, step-by-step ramp-up, frequent check-ins
• Admin support to keep your day smooth and your focus on clients
• Gradual increase of your caseload to ensure you're comfortable

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Full drivers license
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
