Join a well-established, family-run allied health clinic with 15+ years in the community and long-standing relationships with families. You’ll work alongside a passionate, collaborative team of speech pathologists, OTs, dietitians, psychologists and physios - all in one supportive space.

If you’re a recent graduate, this clinic offers one of the most comprehensive and thoughtful onboarding programs in the industry.
Here’s what that looks like:
  • Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior SP who brings over 10 years of paediatric experience
  • No Client work in your first two weeks – spend that time observing and learning
  • Gradual Caseload increase over six months, building to 22 client hours per week
  • Structured 12-month support plan, including mentoring and supervision across disciplines
  • $1,500 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave
  • Opportunities to learn from a large allied health team through joint sessions and internal PD
  • No set KPIs - the focus is on learning, confidence and building great clinical habits

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
