• Manageable KPI's: Tailored to your experienced level - experienced clinicians 24.7 a week
• Work Flexibility: Option to work a 9 day fortnight & choose your start and finish times
• External PD Allowance $1000 + 10 days paid PD leave
• Experienced Clinicians: Fortnightly or Monthly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist with 10+ Years Experience
• Fortnightly Internal Trainings: meet with other SP's within your team to recieve EXTRA clinical support with your caseload
• Fortnightly scheduled MDT team meetings, complex case discussions and project work
• Administration team for service agreements, scheduling and billing

The Role:

You will support clients ages 2-18 presenting with diverse disabilities, focusing on communication, swallowing, and independence (speech, language, voice, stuttering, AAC, literacy). Flexible delivery in home/clinic/school/workplace or via telehealth, with 1:1 and caregiver/staff coaching.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
