Why You’ll Love This Role: - Salaries from $90,000 - $115,000 + Super (depending on experience)
- Paediatric Caseload: Support children with FASD, ASD, ADHD, GDD with trauma informed, culturally aware practice
- Flexible Delivery: Homes, Schools, early learning centres, clinic or telehealth
- Cultural Integrity: 50% First Nations caseload, with cultural safety training and on-country days
- Outreach to rural and remote communities: Alice Springs, Tiwi Islands, Tennant Creek, Maningrida and more
- Truly Client-Centred: Caseloads tailored to your interests and scope - no mismatched referrals
What’s On Offer: - Above Award Salary + 15% Bonus (after 24.5 billable hours/week)
- $5K Annual Car Allowance

- $1,500 PD Allowance + 2 PD Days
- 2 Mental Health Days per year
- Parental Leave Bonus: 10 weeks base salary (in addition to government leave)

Your Darwin Team: - Speech Pathologists with 2-12+ years' experience in early intervention, AAC, psychosocial and mental health
- Senior OT-led Occupational Therapy team, experienced across the lifespan and emotional regulation
- Allied Health Assistants supporting program delivery
- Clinically trained Practice Manager and full admin team to streamline your day
