We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join a friendly, professional and patient-focused team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and reliable dental assistant who enjoys working in a supportive environment and delivering a high standard of patient care.
About the Role You will be assisting dentists across a range of general and cosmetic dental procedures while helping ensure each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.
Key responsibilities include: - Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilisation and infection control duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant clinical environment
- Supporting patient comfort and communication
- Managing clinical supplies and equipment
- Assisting with the smooth daily flow of appointments
About You: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- A professional, friendly and team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and the ability to work well in a busy clinical setting
Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, but not essential for candidates with strong hands-on experience.
