This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and takes pride in delivering quality preventive care in a gentle, respectful manner.
About the Role: - 1–2 days per week with flexible scheduling options
- Collaborate closely with an experienced team of Dentists and support staff
- Provide essential hygiene services including periodontal maintenance, oral health education, scaling and polishing, and preventative care
- Support patients with complex medical backgrounds including geriatric and hospital-experienced individuals
- Focus on behaviour management and creating a calm, reassuring environment for anxious patients

The Ideal Candidate: - Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist
- Experience working with elderly, neurodivergent, or hospital-based patients and behaviour management highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- Confident in behaviour management and creating positive clinical experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
