Job Description

Join our client's well-established and supportive dental team in Wahroonga, where patient care is at the heart of everything they do.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and takes pride in delivering quality preventive care in a gentle, respectful manner.

About the Role:
  • 1–2 days per week with flexible scheduling options
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced team of Dentists and support staff
  • Provide essential hygiene services including periodontal maintenance, oral health education, scaling and polishing, and preventative care
  • Support patients with complex medical backgrounds including geriatric and hospital-experienced individuals
  • Focus on behaviour management and creating a calm, reassuring environment for anxious patients

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist
  • Experience working with elderly, neurodivergent, or hospital-based patients and behaviour management highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Confident in behaviour management and creating positive clinical experiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
