About the Position Our client is looking for dedicated Oral Health Therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care without the pressure of overcrowded appointment books or unrealistic daily expectations.

With full-time, part-time and locum arrangements available, you'll have the opportunity to find a role that complements your personal commitments while allowing you to continue developing your clinical skills.

Depending on the clinic and your qualifications, your clinical responsibilities may include:

• Providing comprehensive scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and preventative treatments
• Delivering oral hygiene education and personalised preventative care plans
• Performing fluoride applications, fissure sealants and teeth whitening
• Undertaking children's restorative dentistry within your approved scope of practice
• Supporting patients with ongoing periodontal care and oral health management
• Working collaboratively with experienced Dentists and dental support teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes

These opportunities are particularly suited to OHTs who value clinical independence, genuine teamwork and having sufficient appointment time to provide high-quality care.
Key Requirements

• Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent recognised qualification
• Current AHPRA registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Confidence delivering preventative and general oral health treatments within your scope
• Adult scope is highly regarded but not essential
• A positive attitude and genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care
