About the Position An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced or motivated Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our clients' team on a casual basis.

This position offers exceptional flexibility, with the opportunity to work between 2–5 days per week across Monday to Sunday, depending on your availability.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own appointments while benefiting from dedicated Dental Assistant support throughout your working day.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive oral health examinations and routine check-ups
• Performing professional teeth cleaning, scaling and preventative treatments
• Providing oral hygiene education and tailored preventative care
• Developing positive, long-term relationships with patients
• Managing appointments independently while maintaining high clinical standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team to deliver excellent patient experiences

Our client is ideally seeking an OHT; however, Dentists with experience in general dentistry will also be considered, with remuneration reflective of experience.
Key Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Oral Health Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Confidence performing check-ups, cleans and preventative treatments independently
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive dental team
• Flexible availability, with weekend shifts available
• Ability to commence as soon as possible highly regarded
