About the Position
Our client is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist who enjoys treating patients of all ages and is looking to develop their clinical skills in a supportive, progressive environment.
You will be joining an experienced team of dental professionals, with mentorship available from the Principal Dentist and access to ongoing professional development.
The role offers: - Competitive remuneration depending on experience
- Busy, established patient books with a consistent flow of new patients and excellent earning potential
- Modern 8-chair practice equipped with OPG, lateral cephalometric imaging, intraoral X-rays, digital scanners and EMS Airflow
- Diverse patient demographic, including children, families and adults
- Approximately 8–15 patients per day, depending on appointment lengths and treatment requirements
- Broad clinical exposure across general dentistry, preventive care, restorative treatments and orthodontics

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: - A recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Full adult scope of practice
- At least 1+ year of experience as an OHT
- Confidence delivering preventive, periodontal and restorative dental treatments
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- An interest in ongoing clinical development and expanding your experience
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team
