About the Position Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our clients' team in a flexible, well-paid part-time position.

With an attractive hourly rate of $55–$70 and just 1–2 weekdays of work per week, this opportunity offers the freedom to structure your lifestyle around the things you love.

Whether you're passionate about travel, pursuing hobbies, spending time outdoors, studying or simply enjoying more downtime, this role allows you to maintain a rewarding clinical career without committing to a traditional five-day working week.

You'll work in a boutique practice with a predominantly hygiene-focused caseload, providing preventative treatments and helping patients achieve healthier smiles.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional dental cleans, scaling and polishing
• Conducting routine oral health check-ups within your scope of practice
• Providing periodontal maintenance and gum health treatments
• Delivering preventative care and tailored oral hygiene education
• Helping patients maintain healthy smiles through ongoing hygiene appointments
• Performing basic restorative procedures where appropriate to your qualifications
• Creating positive patient experiences in a welcoming clinical environment

Full adult restorative scope is not essential for Oral Health Therapist applicants, allowing you to focus on the hygiene and preventative treatments you enjoy most.

Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist
• Confidence delivering preventative and hygiene-focused treatments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming approach to patient care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• A genuine commitment to patient satisfaction and oral health outcomes
• Full adult restorative scope is not required for OHT applicants
