About the position
Our client is looking for an Oral Health Therapist to join our clients’ team and deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care while building long-term patient relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own book, the support of experienced Dentists and assistants, and the chance to make a real impact in a close-knit community.
Your day-to-day may include a mix of: - Comprehensive check-ups, hygiene visits and periodontal maintenance
- Scale and cleans, debridement, stain removal and tailored OHI
- Periodontal therapy support (non-surgical gum care, recalls, education)
- Children’s dentistry within scope (exams, cleans, fluoride, fissure sealants)
- Preventive care planning and long-term recall programs
- Teeth whitening consults/treatments and post-op care guidance
- Support with dental emergencies triage where appropriate
Key Requirements - AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
- Confidence in hygiene/ perio workflow and preventive education
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to contribute to a positive, team-based culture
