Our client offers a state-of-the-art clinic with a strong focus on digital technology and is the most well-reviewed clinic in the area, thanks to their cohesive team. Since opening at the end of 2020, they have been equipped with the latest technology in a newly fitted clinic.

About the Role:

• Position: Dentist 
• Days Required: 3+ days per week 

Practice Overview:

• Team: 14 members, including 5 dentists with diverse special interests
• Facilities: Fully digital practice with Sirona workflows, intra-oral digital scanners, CBCT, blue diode laser, CEREC Prime, iTero5D IOS for Invisalign, and on-site digital design and printing
• Mentorship: Led by an experienced lead dentist working 2-3 days clinically

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in Australia preferred 
• Qualification: BDS or MDS and valid AHPRA Registration 
• Skills: Excellent communication, passion for quality care, and some experience with aligner-based orthodontics (preferred but not essential)
• Digital Dentistry: Openness to learning and using the latest digital technology, with mentorship available

Compensation:

• Commission Structure: Standard commission under SFA of 40%, with potential variation based on personal production goals
