About the position
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced
Dentist to join our clients’ team
full-time, stepping into the existing patient books of a retiring clinician. This is a rare chance to hit the ground running with strong demand, consistent appointments, and the autonomy to practise quality dentistry the right way.
You’ll be supported by a team of multiple clinicians and an efficient clinical support crew, with access to structured development and training. The practice is also open to you introducing and growing special interests to complement existing patient demand.
Your day-to-day dentistry may include (but isn’t limited to): - Comprehensive exams, treatment planning and preventive care
- Restorative dentistry including composite fillings and complex restorations
- Crowns and bridges, smile rehabilitation planning
- Root canal therapy and pain relief dentistry
- Extractions and management of dental emergencies
- Teeth whitening and cosmetic improvements where appropriate
- Dentures, repairs and ongoing prosthetic maintenance
(If you have an interest in implants, Invisalign-style aligners or advanced procedures, our client is receptive to building this into your scope where suitable.)
Key Requirements
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility) as a Dentist in Australia
- Strong general dentistry skill set and sound clinical judgement
- Confident communicator with a patient-centred approach
- Ability to manage a busy book while maintaining quality and care
- Team-focused mindset and commitment to long-term continuity of care
