Gorilla Jobs is a specialist dental recruiter. We work with dental practices in and around Newcastle and put forward dentists we have already spoken to. Because we deal with each practice directly, we can tell you what a role involves before you commit to anything.
  
About the Position
Our clients are looking for experienced dentists with general registration for general dentistry roles in the Newcastle area. The mix of work, days and chair availability differs from one practice to the next, so we start with a conversation about what you want: the days you want to work, the dentistry you enjoy and any special interests you want to grow.
  
If a role fits, we put your profile forward to the practice. If nothing fits yet, we keep your details on file, with your permission, and contact you when a suitable role opens.
  
Key Requirements

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA general registration as a dentist with the Dental Board of Australia
• A recognised dental qualification (overseas-trained dentists need to have completed the Australian Dental Council pathway)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Clinical experience as a practising dentist
• Current professional indemnity insurance

  
About the Location
Newcastle sits on the NSW coast about two hours north of Sydney, with a working harbour, ocean beaches and the Hunter Valley close by. It has its own airport and a direct rail line to Sydney, so you can build your career here without losing access to the city. Housing is generally more affordable than in Sydney.
