Job Description

Join a well-established and successful private dental clinic with a strong community reputation and a loyal patient base. Operating since 2016, our client’s practice in the heart of Gosnells is currently seeking a friendly and motivated Dentist to join their supportive and experienced team.

Due to one of the current Dentists reducing their hours, this opportunity offers an immediate and seamless transition into full books—no need to build a patient base from scratch.

Why Gosnells? Located in Perth’s south-eastern suburbs, Gosnells offers an affordable and relaxed lifestyle, ideal for professionals seeking balance between work and quality living. With access to beautiful natural parks, family-friendly amenities, good schools, and a diverse, tight-knit community, it’s a great place to grow both personally and professionally. Whether you're a local or looking to relocate, Gosnells combines suburban convenience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role:
  • Days Required: Tuesday, Wednesday and half-day Saturday (until 1pm)
  • Flexible Schedule: Open to discussing alternative days, though preference is for someone not working Monday or Friday
  • Start Date: ASAP – high demand, full books ready for you
What You’ll Be Doing: While no specific procedures are required, you’ll be expected to handle a variety of general dental treatments, such as:
  • Preventive care (check-ups, cleans)
  • Composite fillings and restorations
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Extractions
  • Emergency dentistry
If you're experienced in other areas like root canals or whitening, that's a bonus – but not essential.
What’s On Offer:
  • Busy books from day one – immediate earning potential
  • Strong team culture – most staff have been with the clinic for 5+ years
  • Supportive environment – experienced staff able to mentor new graduates
  • Flexibility and respect – the clinic values mutual understanding and work-life balance
  • Family-feel workplace – personality and fit are just as important as skills
Ideal Candidate:
  • AHPRA-registered Dentist (all levels of experience considered)
  • A genuine, down-to-earth person who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable with general dentistry and open to learning or mentorship
  • Flexible, reliable, and ready to step into a busy role
  • Someone people focused who is generous with care, time and team spirit
If you're a people-focused Dentist looking to work in a welcoming clinic with full books and flexibility, this could be the perfect next step.
