Our client is looking for a full-time Dentist to join our clients' team in coastal Port Macquarie. Step into an established patient base, accelerate your clinical growth with hands-on mentorship and enjoy a clear pathway in a modern, supportive setting.
Why this role - Busy schedule – the clinic is adding a second Dentist due to demand
- $15,000 commencement payment (subject to agreed terms, including a 12-month full-time commitment)
- Daily chairside mentorship, treatment planning support and regular case reviews with experienced clinicians

What you’ll do - Provide the full scope of general dentistry with real clinical autonomy
- Typical procedures include preventive care, examinations and oral cancer screening, composite and ceramic restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, teeth whitening and management of dental emergencies
- Benefit from a consistent flow of new patients and a robust recall program to keep your books steady
Support you’ll receive - Chairside guidance for complex cases and constructive feedback to fast-track your development
- Help mapping CPD priorities and exposure to a wide variety of presentations
- Regular case discussions to build confidence across restorative and endodontic workflows
About you - AHPRA-registered Dentist
- Already graduated and available for full-time hours (not suitable for candidates commencing in 2026)
- Warm communicator with a patient-centred approach
- Coachable, proactive and comfortable thriving in a busy environment
