Job Description

If you're ready for a dental role that offers variety, clinical freedom, and the chance to enjoy life outside the chair, this opportunity in Wollongong could be the ideal fit.

Our client is seeking a senior Dentist to join their long-established clinics in Dapto and Corrimal, stepping into full appointment books, supportive teams, and a flexible routine that allows you to enjoy both professional fulfilment and a coastal lifestyle.

About the Role

Join a well-established dental centre located within a multi-disciplinary medical centre, providing excellent opportunities for referrals. The role involves providing comprehensive dental services. The centre is busy, with appointments booked out in advance, which means you'll be able to see a lot of patients and earn a good income. The centre has an over 95% patient retention rate.

This is a busy practice with a great reputation and it provides all dental services from general dentistry to all-on-x and orthodontics.

This Dental clinic has a non hierarchical structure, giving you the freedom and opportunity to practice the work you want to do, and it will accommodate for you to do so.

Why This Role Offers More Balance:
  • Full-time position across two welcoming clinics with long-standing teams, or option to work part time at one clinic.
  • Flexibility on days worked
  • Enjoy genuine clinical autonomy with experienced staff at your side
  • Access to modern equipment and streamlined workflows to keep your days smooth
  • Emphasis on stability, connection, and patient-centred care
A Week in the Role Might Include:
  • Providing a mix of general, restorative, and emergency dental care
  • Getting to know loyal patients who value consistency and trusted relationships
  • Moving between two clinics with well-managed schedules and familiar faces
  • Ending your workday with time to enjoy the beach, family time, or local community life
Ideal For Dentists Who:
  • Hold AHPRA registration
  • 4+ years’ experience in Australia
  • Value long-term patient relationships over short-term treatments
Apply now as this is a rare chance to step into full books, strong systems, and a lifestyle that gives back outside of work.
