About the position Our client is looking for a Dentist who thrives in an autonomous setting - someone comfortable working independently, making sound clinical decisions, and taking ownership of their daily workflow. You’ll be supported with established systems, quality instruments and materials, and a team structure that enables you to stay productive - without needing constant oversight.
Your clinical work may include a mix of: - Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
- Preventive care: cleans, hygiene reviews, oral health education
- Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges
- Extractions and management of dental emergencies
- Root canal therapy (where you’re comfortable)
- Cosmetic dentistry: whitening, veneers and smile enhancements
Key Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Ability to work confidently and independently (end-to-end patient care)
- Strong time management and organised clinical approach
- Excellent patient communication and a warm chairside manner
- Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and high clinical standards
