Job Description

About the company
Our client is a modern dental clinic with a strong reputation for patient-focused care and high clinical standards. The practice is set up for clinicians who value efficiency, quality outcomes, and the freedom to practise dentistry their way - within a supportive, professional environment.
About the position Our client is looking for a Dentist who thrives in an autonomous setting - someone comfortable working independently, making sound clinical decisions, and taking ownership of their daily workflow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys a calm, focused work style and the satisfaction of running their own clinical day.

You’ll be supported with established systems, quality instruments and materials, and a team structure that enables you to stay productive - without needing constant oversight.

Your clinical work may include a mix of:
  • Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
  • Preventive care: cleans, hygiene reviews, oral health education
  • Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges
  • Extractions and management of dental emergencies
  • Root canal therapy (where you’re comfortable)
  • Cosmetic dentistry: whitening, veneers and smile enhancements
Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
  • Ability to work confidently and independently (end-to-end patient care)
  • Strong time management and organised clinical approach
  • Excellent patient communication and a warm chairside manner
  • Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and high clinical standards
On offer
  • A genuinely autonomous position suited to confident, self-directed dentists
  • Consistent earning opportunity, with performance-based upside
  • Streamlined systems and a clinic setup that supports efficiency
  • A stable environment where you can build loyal patient relationships
  • The chance to practise comprehensive dentistry with clinical freedom
