About the position Our client is looking for a compassionate Dentist to join our clients’ team, offering genuine flexibility and variety across two practices. This is a great opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working with supportive colleagues, and having the autonomy to deliver high-quality general dentistry without pressure-driven culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive general dental care with clinical autonomy
- Delivering a varied caseload including: examinations and preventive care, periodontal therapy (scale and clean, root planing), composite restorations, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, veneers, whitening, dentures, occlusal splints/night guards, and managing dental emergencies
- Developing clear, patient-centred treatment plans and communicating options confidently
- Collaborating with experienced support staff to maintain smooth workflows across both clinics
Key Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Dentist (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years’ Australian experience in general dentistry
- Strong communication skills and a calm, patient-first approach
- Comfortable working across two nearby locations when required
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry and ongoing improvement
