About the position

Our client is looking for a compassionate Dentist to join our clients’ team, offering genuine flexibility and variety across two practices. This is a great opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working with supportive colleagues, and having the autonomy to deliver high-quality general dentistry without pressure-driven culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing comprehensive general dental care with clinical autonomy
  • Delivering a varied caseload including: examinations and preventive care, periodontal therapy (scale and clean, root planing), composite restorations, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, veneers, whitening, dentures, occlusal splints/night guards, and managing dental emergencies
  • Developing clear, patient-centred treatment plans and communicating options confidently
  • Collaborating with experienced support staff to maintain smooth workflows across both clinics
Key Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Dentist (unrestricted)
  • Minimum 2 years’ Australian experience in general dentistry
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient-first approach
  • Comfortable working across two nearby locations when required
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry and ongoing improvement
On offer

Our client offers a role that’s built around sustainability and enjoyment at work, including:
  • Negotiable days and hours to suit your lifestyle
  • Established patient demand and support to build/maintain a full book
  • Excellent chairside assistance and efficient practice systems
  • Modern clinics with digital workflows and a reputation for honest care
  • A friendly, respectful team environment where quality is genuinely valued
