My client encompasses several specialized private practices spread across the suburbs of Melbourne. They pride themselves on offering high-quality, boutique dental care, supported by over 40 state-of-the-art dental suites equipped with the latest technology (including a CEREC machine). These practices are further enhanced by visiting specialists and a robust mentorship program.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior dentist with a minimum of 5 years of Australian experience to join this highly esteemed private dental group on an exclusive basis starting in June 2026. This opportunity is based in Hawthorn, an affluent suburb in Melbourne with high treatment acceptance. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, with the option to use advanced Invisalign and CEREC treatments
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and care
• Engage in continuous professional development through our internal CPD education
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive environment
• Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to industry regulations

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of Australian private practice experience 
• Experience in complex treatments such as implants, surgical procedures, complex restorations and/or orthodontics
• Valid dental qualification and registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
• Ability to work on an exclusive basis
