About the Roles

Current Opportunities

Practice Managers

Lead daily operations, support clinical and administrative teams, manage patient experience, oversee rosters, systems, compliance, and help drive practice performance.

Dental Assistants

Support dentists during procedures, maintain sterilisation standards, prepare treatment rooms, assist with patient care, and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

Dental Receptionists

Be the first point of contact for patients, manage appointments, process payments, answer calls, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.

 We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Experienced in dental, healthcare, or a similar customer-facing environment
• Professional, organised, and reliable
• Confident communicating with patients and team members
• Able to work in a fast-paced practice environment
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
• Knowledgeable in dental software such as D4W, EXACT, or Oasis, highly regarded
