Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Locum ED SRMO to support overnight Emergency Department coverage at a regional hospital.

This role is ideal for a doctor with recent Emergency Medicine experience who wants regional ED exposure, overnight work and a supported locum placement.

You will assess and manage ED presentations, support treatment planning, complete documentation and escalate patient concerns appropriately.

Key Duties

• Assess and manage ED presentations
• Support treatment planning and documentation
• Complete clinical handover
• Escalate patient concerns appropriately
• Work with nursing and medical teams

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Recent Emergency Medicine experience at SRMO level
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to complete SDPR training prior to commencement
• Current CV, references and compliance documents as required

Benefits
