Orange Health Service is seeking a Locum General Medicine Registrar to support medical coverage in a regional hospital setting.

This role suits registrars wanting structured weekday locum work that can fit around family, study, training, travel or other commitments.

You will review and manage General Medicine patients, support ward-based care, complete documentation and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

Clinical Environment

• General Medicine Registrar role
• Weekday shifts, generally 08:00 – 16:30
• Ward-based care and clinical reviews
• Supportive nursing, allied health and medical teams
• Senior escalation pathways available

Key Duties

• Review and manage General Medicine patients
• Support ward rounds and clinical reviews
• Complete documentation and handover
• Escalate concerns safely and appropriately
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Recent General Medicine registrar-level experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work safely within scope
• Current CV and compliance documents as required
