The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum Paediatrics Consultant to support Paediatric services in Western NSW.
This role suits paediatricians who want manageable on call shifts with the travel and accommodation arranged for them.
Shifts run across late December and January as 24-hour on call shifts, at $2,500 per day.

Clinical Environment
• Paediatrician on call cover for the paediatric ward, special care nursery and ED
• 24-hour paediatric registrars onsite
• 24-hour on call shifts across late December and January

Requirements
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience as a consultant paediatrician
• Availability for shifts across late December and January
• Australian working rights
• Willingness to complete onboarding

Benefits
• 24-hour paediatric registrars onsite, so on call stays manageable
• Travel and accommodation provided, so there is nothing to arrange
• Rate of $2,500 per day, so a short block is well rewarded
• Credentialing and compliance support through Gorilla Jobs, so the paperwork is handled

Location
Western NSW offers a slower pace of life, with open country and regional towns close by.
This is a strong opportunity for a Paediatrics Consultant wanting manageable on call work with the details arranged.

Referral Program
Also, if locum work isn’t for you at the moment but you know another doctor who may be interested, we do have a referral program. Successful referrals can receive a $1,100 prepaid gift card for non-specialist doctors, or $1,600 for specialist/consultant referrals, once the referred doctor has completed the required shifts.
