The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum ED CMO In Charge to support emergency medicine services in the Riverina region of NSW.
This role is ideal for a senior CMO confident leading busy ED shifts and wanting a clear rate, with accommodation, travel and a fleet car covered so more of what you earn stays with you.
The role leads ED operations, supports the team on the floor and manages a mix of acute presentations, with ad-hoc shifts or block bookings available, paid at up to $250+ per hour depending on experience.

Clinical Environment
• Lead ED operations and support medical and nursing teams
• Independently manage a broad mix of acute emergency presentations
• Well-structured environment with reliable consultant backup
• Space to focus on good clinical care without metro-level pressures
• Mix of clinical leadership and hands-on practice
• Supervision of junior doctors and coordination of ED flow

Requirements
• General AHPRA Registration
• Significant Emergency Medicine experience at CMO In Charge level
• ALS2 required
• Comfortable supervising junior doctors and coordinating ED flow
• Australian working rights
