65% of billings with $170/hr guarantee (first 3 months)
Gross billings of $3,750 per day
Private billing with standard consults at $85 for 15 minutes or less
Nursing support including chronic disease management

Full-time Practice Manager supporting financial and vocational goals
Doctors typically see 4 patients per hour
