About the role
 
You will assist across a broad range of corporate law matters, supporting transactions and advisory work from early preparation through to completion.

• M&A transaction support
• IPO and ECM work
• Capital raisings and corporate advisory matters
• Due diligence and transaction management
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documents
• Corporate governance and compliance support
• Client, regulator and adviser liaison where appropriate

 
What you'll bring
 
You will bring 1-3 years' PAE in corporate law and a genuine interest in building your career around transactions, capital markets and commercial corporate advisory work.

• Corporate law experience, ideally including M&A, IPOs or ECM
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercial judgment and a practical approach
• Confidence working to deadlines
• A collaborative, reliable and growth-focused mindset
• Perth availability or a genuine interest in relocating to Perth
