About the role
 
You'll take a key role in advising business clients on commercial transactions, corporate structuring and finance-related matters.

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Work on complex loan arrangements
• Prepare and review security and finance documents
• Assist with securitisation transactions
• Manage client communication and transaction progress
• Deliver practical, commercially sensible advice
• Work closely with senior practitioners on complex matters

 
What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial law
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Strong experience with complex loans
• Securitisation experience
• Excellent drafting and negotiation ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence managing matters and client relationships
• Commercial thinking and a practical problem-solving style
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in high-quality client service
