About the Position:
As Partner, you’ll drive key client relationships and advise on sophisticated commercial matters including IPOs, restructuring, governance and franchising. You’ll be part of a culture that celebrates entrepreneurial thinking and offers the tools to take your career wherever you want it to go.
Key Requirements: - Deep expertise in Corporate & Commercial transactions with at least 2+ years at Special Counsel or Partner level
- Experience in client leadership and strategic planning
- A portable practice is essential to build on
