About the Position:

Our client is seeking a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer with a passion for learning and a drive to build a strong legal career. This position is tailor-made for a junior solicitor who thrives in a collaborative setting and values structured professional development.

You will work side-by-side with senior lawyers and partners who are genuinely invested in your growth, receiving daily guidance and hands-on training across a wide range of commercial property matters. These may include:
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Acting in the sale and purchase of retail, industrial, and development properties
  • Assisting with subdivisions and off-the-plan developments
  • Conducting due diligence and managing settlement processes
This is more than just a job—it's a long-term career pathway with ongoing support, peer learning, and the opportunity to upskill through exposure to increasingly complex files.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years PAE, ideally with exposure to property or commercial law
  • Strong interest in property law and a desire to upskill
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
  • Strong legal drafting and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a supportive team setting
