About the Role!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take on a key role in a thriving practice. You will work closely with clients to provide practical solutions to workplace challenges and play an essential role in dispute resolution and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Drafting and advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance obligations
  • Representing clients in employment disputes, unfair dismissal claims, and workplace investigations
  • Providing strategic advice to businesses and government bodies on industrial relations matters
  • Negotiating and resolving employment-related conflicts with a commercial approach

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3-7 years of post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law
  • Strong technical skills in contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution

  • Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
