Salary and Features of the Position:

• Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 | negotiable pending experience

About the Position:

In this role, you will manage a diverse range of corporate and commercial work spanning both transactional and litigation matters. The practice advises across building and construction, aged care & retirement living, mergers & acquisitions, owners corporations, IP, competition and consumer law, security of payment, environment and planning, private client practice, and real estate.
As a Senior Commercial Lawyer / Special Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in leading matters independently, mentoring junior staff, and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ PAE in commercial/corporate law
• Strong technical expertise across both transactional and dispute resolution matters
• Confidence working independently in a boutique firm environment
• Ability to manage and build client relationships directly
• NSW practicing certificate (or ability to obtain)
