This role will suit someone who is technically strong, commercially switched on and confident handling matters with minimal supervision, particularly across loan agreements, leasing and broader commercial work. About the role
 
This is a hands-on senior commercial position for someone who does not need a long runway. You will be trusted to pick up files quickly, manage matters confidently and deliver clear, commercially useful advice across a range of transactions and day-to-day advisory work.

• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements
• Manage retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters
• Advise on commercial contracts and general business transactions
• Support clients with risk management, structuring and practical legal issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with a high level of autonomy while contributing to the wider team
• Deliver clear, responsive and commercially sound advice

You are likely a senior commercial lawyer from a solid private practice background who enjoys being useful, trusted and close to the commercial realities of a client's business.

• Extensive experience in private practice commercial law
• Strong capability in loan agreements, leasing and commercial contracts
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Confident drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
