About the Position:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a successful and forward-thinking practice. You will be at the forefront of challenging and high-stakes construction litigation, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s success. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with two senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in construction litigation
• Take the lead in mentoring and developing a team of junior lawyers, guiding them through complex legal matters
• Manage a diverse range of construction disputes, including issues related to contract breaches, construction defects, delays, and professional negligence
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to achieve favourable outcomes
• Contribute to business development efforts to drive the growth of the practice

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation, preferably in a private practice setting
• Strong litigation skills with a focus on construction law
• Proven ability to draft and analyse complex legal documents
• Capable of managing cases independently while working collaboratively with senior lawyers
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent
• Strong client relationship management and business development abilities
• Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
