Key Requirements:

  • Admitted in Queensland (or able to obtain admission promptly)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about employment law and client-focused service
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in this area
  • Accredited Specialist (or interest in pursuing accreditation) welcomed
On Offer:
  • Work under the guidance of senior lawyers with Doyle’s Guide recognition
  • Structured mentoring and hands-on career development
  • Diverse and engaging client base across public and private sectors
  • Competitive salary based on experience and contributions
  • Flexible working environment with hybrid options
  • Supportive, close-knit team culture in a modern CBD office
  • Exposure to complex matters that will challenge and expand your expertise
