About: A long-established firm in Melbourne is looking for a mid-level Construction Lawyer that is driven to provide the highest standard of service for clients under their care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Melbourne Property & Development Team to ensure their clients receive the best legal advice. Benefits: - Competitive Remuneration

Requirements: - 2-4 Years PQE in a private practice with experience in a broad range of commercial construction law and large-scale property and development matters;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Familiarity with Australian Standards construction agreements;
- Attention to detail - adept analysis of legal matters to discern key issues;
- Readily able to manage client expectations and motivated to provide excellent client advice;
- Sound understanding of the commercial context of matters;
- Proficient research & drafting skills;
- Adept commercial acumen - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach;
- Able to work collaboratively & autonomously.
Your Responsibilities: - Provision of legal advice to clients through analysis and understanding of their unique position.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure advice given is compound and considerate of every facet of the matter at hand.
- Collaborate with your team to assist with multiple property matters and demonstrate adaptive approaches to best handle each situation.
