About the position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level with 4-8 years PQE. This role involves working on a variety of public and private M&A transactions, general corporate advisory, and cross-border investments. You will provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, fundraising, and compliance with ASX Listing Rules. Key Requirements:

• Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with 4-8 years PQE in corporate law
• Experience in public and private M&A, corporate advisory, and cross-border transactions
• Strong commercial acumen and client service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
