About the Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic and fast-growing firm. Working closely with the Principal Lawyer, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and M&A transactions while playing a key role in client development. You’ll also provide mentorship to junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of legal professionals.

Based in Melbourne, you’ll operate with autonomy while staying closely connected to a collaborative national team. With exposure to high-value transactions and a diverse client base, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in corporate and commercial law.

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

• No less than 5 years' 'PAE/PQE in Commercial / Corporate Law with Mergers & Acquisitions experience gained.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
