About the Role:
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer eager to step into a leadership role while working on significant M&A transactions and commercial matters. You will play a pivotal role in complex corporate deals, guiding junior lawyers and collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic growth.
  • Take the lead on high-value corporate and M&A transactions.
  • Advise clients on commercial strategy, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and negotiate key commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their professional development.
  • Work closely with an approachable and commercially savvy Principal.
About the Firm:
Our client is a progressive boutique law firm with a national presence, known for delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal services. Their client base includes start-ups, SMEs, and ASX-listed companies across multiple industries, offering exposure to sophisticated transactions and high-value deals.
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years PAE with a strong background in Corporate / M&A law.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers.
